Het voormalige bedrijventerrein Holleman-Schoen in Zaandam – waar vroeger molens stonden – ondergaat een flinke make-over: het wordt omgetoverd tot een multifunctionele hub waar wonen de hoofdrol speelt. Vanaf half mei 2024 worden op de voormalige locatie Schoen al 106 huurappartementen gebouwd voor woningcorporatie Rochdale.

Op de locatie Holleman starten we in 2025 met de bouw van De Paltrok Blok H (82 koopappartementen), De Paltrok Blok E (15 koopappartementen) en De Paltrok Blok F (35 koopappartementen). De verkoop van de appartementen begint met Blok H. Daarna is het de beurt aan Blok E en Blok F. Ook komt er een mooie commerciële ruimte, voor kantoren, praktijken en/of andere toepassingen in de dienstverlenende sector.

Zie je jezelf al genieten van een schitterend uitzicht vanuit je eigen appartement? In het imposante De Paltrok Blok H komen in totaal 82 woningen in elf verschillende typen. Voor elk wat wils! Naast 2- en 3-kamerappartementen realiseren we in Blok H drie ruime penthouses, met elk drie slaapkamers.

De woningen met een oppervlak boven de 50 m2 hebben elk een eigen loggia, balkon of dakterras. Kies je voor een kleiner appartement in de toren? LIVING IN THE FORMER MILL LANDSCAPE OF ZAANDAM

The former Holleman-Schoen business park in Zaandam - where mills used to stand - is undergoing a major makeover: it is being transformed into a multifunctional hub where living plays the leading role. From mid-May 2024, 106 rental apartments will be built at the former Schoen location for the Rochdale housing association.

At the Holleman location, we will start the construction of De Paltrok Blok H (82 owner-occupied apartments), De Paltrok Blok E (15 owner-occupied apartments) and De Paltrok Blok F (35 owner-occupied apartments) in 2025. The sale of the apartments starts with Block H. Then it is the turn of Block E and Block F. There will also be a beautiful commercial space for offices, practices and/or other applications in the service sector.

Can you already see yourself enjoying a beautiful view from your own apartment? The impressive De Paltrok Blok H will contain a total of 82 homes in eleven different types. For each his own! In addition to 2- and 3-room apartments, we are realizing three spacious penthouses in Block H, each with three bedrooms.

The homes with a surface area over 50 m2 each have their own loggia, balcony or roof terrace. Do you choose a smaller apartment in the tower? The indoor parking facility between Block H, Block E and Block F will have a beautiful courtyard, where you can enjoy a drink or a good book.
